I am looking forward to my groups results.
One thing I have noticed is that journaling is huge in weight management. When I didn't log what I ate or did I did less and ate unhealthy which resulted in weight gain as well and inches. Thanks to detox I am back to reaching my goal.

Adding more exercise to my weekly routine so I am probably gaining more muscle mass which is heavier than fat.

Weight loss group is doing well. Average weight loss is 10 lbs and average inches is 10, in 3 weeks. These are excellent results.
