Month of August/ending wk 29
SOMETHING TO THINK ABOUT: When you make a life change you will sometime become weak or fall off the horse so to speak. But as the saying goes you need to get back on the horse. So even tho you become weak, take control of you life and get back into the routine of eating healthy and exercising regularly.
This was a very tough month for me. I had lots of visitors again and I ate lots of high GI foods. I did not do any exercise routine. I ended up gaining 5 lbs and 3". I also have very little energy and crave junk food more than ever. After I weighed myself and took my measurement I knew what I had to do, started eating healthy again-no more french fries, donuts, cheese cakes, potato chips, doritos, bags of cookies(that is right I ate a whole bag of oreos and 1/2 batch of home made chocolate chip cookies), crabs, hamburgers, cheese steaks and start eating salads, vegetables, Transition shakes, and exercising. The first week of Sept has started off pretty good. I road my bike 4 times, went on a walk. Started eating healthier. Had Transition shakes in-between meals, and started taking FCI, CAI daily. I have loss 2 lbs as of today.9/9/10.
