Once again I have been very busy, not eating right or exercising regularly. Good news is that I didn't turn into a giant blimp I only gain 5 lbs with in the past 3 months. To me that isn't so bad considering how bad I have been eating and exercising.
I am very please to announce that I am starting a health support group via e-mail Oct 2, 2010. This should encourage many to take the Transitions Lifestyle challenge and stick to a healthier lifestyle. I am looking forward to detox week with my friends. This should also help me to get back into a healthy routine. If you or someone you know is interested send me an e-mail (allaboutunow2010@gmail.com)and I will fill you in all the details.
I still love they way I look and feel but I really want to get rid of the extra belly fat. I would like my new scale to read what my old scale reads and that is 135 lbs. (my old scale is 5lbs lighter than the new one) Starting in Oct I will be using my new scale for the next 12 weeks.

Month of August/ending wk 29
SOMETHING TO THINK ABOUT: When you make a life change you will sometime become weak or fall off the horse so to speak. But as the saying goes you need to get back on the horse. So even tho you become weak, take control of you life and get back into the routine of eating healthy and exercising regularly.
This was a very tough month for me. I had lots of visitors again and I ate lots of high GI foods. I did not do any exercise routine. I ended up gaining 5 lbs and 3". I also have very little energy and crave junk food more than ever. After I weighed myself and took my measurement I knew what I had to do, started eating healthy again-no more french fries, donuts, cheese cakes, potato chips, doritos, bags of cookies(that is right I ate a whole bag of oreos and 1/2 batch of home made chocolate chip cookies), crabs, hamburgers, cheese steaks and start eating salads, vegetables, Transition shakes, and exercising. The first week of Sept has started off pretty good. I road my bike 4 times, went on a walk. Started eating healthier. Had Transition shakes in-between meals, and started taking FCI, CAI daily. I have loss 2 lbs as of today.9/9/10.
