Thought for today is: Taking one day at a time.
Still feeling good and no cravings. Still having a lot of back and leg pain, so i made sure I did my pilates this morning.
Before breakfast: 8 oz of warm lemon water and OPC3
Breakfast: assortment of fruit (I ate a little of everything I was cutting up for my fruit salad.)
Snack: I had a kiwi
lunch: whole yellow pepper,avocado and 1/2 grapefruit
Dinner: Awesome Stir Fry Vegetable (see recipe page)
liquid intake: 8 0z of lemon water, 10 oz of herbal tea, and 60 oz of water.
Haven't had dessert yet because the stir fry was so filling but if I get hungry I will eat a fruit cup from my fruit salad.
I feel really good. My son had a sandwich with lunch meat and I didn't evan want it. I have all sorts of chocolate and chips and candy in the house and I haven't wanted any of it. I do crave the fruit tho so I have had probably a little more than 3-4 servings a day.

Pre breakfast Lemon Water.
Breakfast: Egg white one with sautee'd veggies, red,orange,yellow peppers,onoin,mushrooms, tablespoon of sliced Olives & basil.
Herb Tea & 1/2 grapefruit.
Lunch: Salad with 2.5 oz white albacore tuna, lettuce, basil,tomatoes,strawberries,mushrooms,peppers,1 tbs sliced olives with tbs of oil dressing.
1 large apple & 2 pickles.
Snack 7 strawberries
Walked the dogs for an hour.
Dinner stirfry mushrooms
Miso soup
Drank 2.5 L of water and cup of decaff tea.
i know you don't like the protein, I feel better with it. I have lost 4lbs and feeling good now.
Will probably end my fast tomorrow to get in the routine of the diet. I need to plan and be organized! I have to leave the house by 6:30 am on monday and won't get home until 5:30 or 6pm.
I am definitely going to have make a menu!
ben brought butterscotch tastykakes and I am not DRAWN to them. I am proud of myself!
Bess your are doing awesome as I knew you would. I hope you made that menu because that is definitely going to help you stick with the program.
