The products I took on a daily basis was OPC Beauty blend, OPC multi vitamin without iron
Products I took occasionally FCI, and CAI I used these when I knew if I was going to have a lot of carbs in my meal or a lot of fats(like french fries and pizza)

Yogurt, blueberries, coffee, grilled chicken salad(romaine, cucumbers, gn peppers, cabbage, carrots, olives), energy mix as snacks, shrimp lemon garlic dinner(I ordered it without noodles and and extra side side salad)
Exercise : walked around the baltimore harbor for 2 hrs.
Oct 24 DAY 16
cottage cheese with pineapple, Salad at Ruby tuesdays, 2 slices of Dominos pizza energy snacks McD's coffee.
Excersize: walked around FT Washington for 2hrs,
Oct 25 DAY 17
Yogurt with fresh pineapple, green tea, 1 slice of dominos leftover pizza, 2 cups of nuts/energy mix(1 for dinner and 1 in-between for snacks)

Oct 26 DAY 18
Kinda funny I had grilled lean hamburger with onions and jalapenos, cheddar cheese , pickles and 4 slices of tomatoes, I did have thin bread with my hamburger this time, that was dinner. I ate yogurt with pineapple again, McD yogurt parfait, mixed nuts, apple, Vanilla Transitions shake with mochatonix in it. Way too sweet for me. Took me forever to finish.
Excersize: 15 min Pilates 30 min walk while talking on phone.
Oct 27 DAY 19
sauteed 1 slice of bacon(cut most of the fat off) 1/2 jalapeno, 1/4 C diced onions, added 2 egg white and 1 egg yoke and 1 slice of pepper-jack cheese, 1/2 energy mix, MC Chicken no mayo or bun and 10 FF.
Exercise 15 min walk while talking on the phone.

orange and mochatonix, left over stir fry chicken, 1/2 of blackened chicken salad (fm Our place in Pokomoke), 1 C mixed nuts(for snacks), herbal tea. exercise: 2 mile walk 30 mins walk while talking.

Yogurt with pineapple junks, Mochatonix, 1C mixed nuts, hamburger no bun, tomatoes, Mc Ds salad but I added spinach, herb mix, summer squash, red peppers
