Ihop French toast(2slices) 2 eggs scrambled, 1 sausage link, 3 cups of coffee, 1 Taco with chips and salsa which I shared with my son, 1 lg yellow pepper, 1 cup of mix nuts, apple
Exercise a lot of lifting and moving of furniture, up and down 4 flights of stairs several times.

scrambled eggs with red peppers, onions, 1 Cup of coffee, 1 slice of bacon 1/2 turkey sausage patty, 3 oz of pot roast with 2 potato wedges 1 carrots, 1/2C green beans and 1/8 c gravy on pot roast and potatoes. 4 tootsie rolls(small ones) 1 choc covered cherry, homemade salsa and chips

2 scrambled eggs with red peppers and onions, 2 slices of bacon, 1/4 C pomegranate seeds,home made chile with 5 triscuits and shredded cheese, 3 0z roasted garlic and rosemary chicken, 1/8 C rosted cubed sweet potato, 5 pieces of asparagus, 1/4 c pomegranate seeds,7 Mr. goodbar mini chocolates.
exercise went for 1 mile walk with family in woods

1 C oatmeal with 1/4 C blueberries and 5 pecans, 1 C energy mix, home made chicken veg soup(Boiled leftover chicken for 2-3 hrs, de-boned the chicken and strained the juices. put if frig for 1 hr. skimmed all the hardened fat and discarded it. Added more water, curry seasoning, cumin, fresh rosemary Dried rosemary and sage, salt pepper, minced garlic, chopped onions, 3 different kinds of peppers cut into chunks, asparagus, carrots, celery, Mrs. Dash)had this soup for lunch and dinner.

scrambled eggs with onions and peppers, herbal tea, home made chicken veg. soup, pork loin roast with turkey sausage(browned meat in pot and then add 1/4 C water spinkled a lot of dried sage and rosemary leaves from my garden, salt and pepper,Mrs. Dash put lid on and cooked on low for 1 hr delicious) 1 sweet potato and 1/4 C corn.
