Products I took occasionally FCI, and CAI I used these when I knew if I was going to have a lot of carbs in my meal or a lot of fats(like french fries and pizza)

Nov 6- not feeling well sinuses killing me, slept in

Lunch: Yellow pepper
snacks: Antioxidant energy mix fm Walmart 1C
Dinner: Went to Ruby Tuesday grilled salmon with spinach artichoke dip(gave 1/2 of the dip to my son) grilled asparagus and green beans, salad with lots of veggies (enough to get my 9 servings in for the day)
exercise: on an off 1 hr of walk while talking on phone
water: at least 64 oz

Nov 7- not feeling well sinuses still killing me
Breakfast: yogurt with blueberries and walnuts coffee with 1/2 &1/2

Lunch: Lg salad(baby spinach greens, herb mix, 1/4 red and yellow pepper sliced, 1/2 small zucchini sliced, 1 plum tomato cut in chunks, 1 celery stock sliced, 1/4 C Antioxidant trail mix(almonds, dried cranberries, sunflower seeds)
snacks: Antioxidant energy mix fm Walmart 1C
Dinner: home made taco salad made with lean pork(see blog for recipe)

DAY 32

scrambled eggs with peppers, onions, 1 slice bacon without the fat, herbal tea, 2 chicken tenders from Hardees with onion rings and frenchfries :-(, Antioxidant energy mix fm Walmart 1C, 1 piece of choc cake. This was a big splurge day. will do better tomorrow.
exercise: 15 dancing, 1 mile walk.
DAY 33

yogurt with blueberries and walnuts, 16 oz herbal tea, salad(baby spinach, red yellow and orange peppers, scallions, tomatoes) celery with crunchy peanut butter, more salad with grilled chicken, 64 oz water
exercise: 2.5 mile walk, 15 min of dancing

yogurt with 1/2 C blueberries and walnuts, coffee with 1/2 & 1/2, chicken(fried) salad @Applebee's with ice tea, Dinner at Chili's (Margariita Grilled Chicken AND 3 SHRIMP, smashed potatoes, broccoli & carrots (steamed), 1/2 blueberry,pomegranate, blackberry smoothie(tasted bad) 64 oz water
exercise: raking coal for 15 25 mins and a lot of walking while shopping about (2hrs), 15 min pilates
DAY 35

bowl of shredded wheat,McD side salad with a grilled chicken patty(found out that you can order a grilled patty for $1 so no more fried McChichen patties for me) and a yogurt parfait, 1 C mixed antioxidant and energy snack mix, 2 slices of very good thin crust pizza with sweet peppers onions, garlic and basil. 52 oz water and 2 sips of my son's coke.
**went to the mall with son had no make up on and did nothing to my hair and several people thought I was with my boyfriend. They were in shock when I told them it was my youngest son(16 yrs old) and I was 43. I am so glad I took the Transitions Lifestyle System seriously. I have never felt so good and so flattered. This also happened to me in June when I was in the Mall with my older son(20 yrs old). If I can do you can to so never give up you will succeed!
